The SEMS Clock is Ticking!

Will Your Company Meet The Deadline?  By November 15, 2011, the United States Government will require all offshore Operators to have a Safety and Environmental Management Systems Plan (SEMS).  Operators must require that Contractors pass a safety evaluation and meet training requirements under SEMS in order to work offshore.  At PEC we are committed to help the industry meet the new SEMS rules.  Click here to read a letter to Contractors from PEC's founder Charlie Carr as well as a notice that the Offshore Operators Committee has sent to Contractors and an article by PEC that was recently published by Rigzone.
