Description Everyday Leadership addresses competencies that are considered necessary in todays business world. Students identify modes of behavior and communication in themselves and how to apply that knowledge in a diverse work force. The course is delivered in one day or two day instructor led formats and can be customized to fit company requirements.

Target Audience
The one-day class is suited for current and new supervisors or those individuals in preparation to become a supervisor. Prerequisites There are no prerequisites required for this course.
